Class C/ R160 Brass Volumetric Rotary Piston Water Meter

LXH is a brass rotary piston water meter with the mechanical transmission and liquid-sealed register, for residential application in sizes 15mm to 25mm for cold water.

Features

* Ensures high sensitivity and accurate registration throughout a wide flow range.

* Mechanical transmission movement with the maximum reliability; no influence from the external magnetic field.

* Liquid-sealed register. The rollers are protected by a special liquid, encapsulated from water, ensures a clearing reading in any operating conditions.

* Corrosion resistant body

* Low starting flow rate.

* Suitable for any position installation.

* Internal on return valve to avoid the reserve flow rate.

* Internal strainer. Standard Compliance Technical data conforms to ISO 4064 Class C, R160, R200 standard. Optional Features

*Meter body: Brass, stainless steel and plastic.

*Pulse output pre-equipped (ready for remote-reading) for option.

*The Pulse output Device consists of a plastic housing with Reed Switch, and 1,5 m cable with 2 cores in Red and Black.

*Electric Data: Vmax=24AC/DC, Imax=0,01A

*Capacity of the Pulse output or Pulse output pre-equipped: Size Dn15 & Dn20 & Dn25, Pulse Emitter Capacity 1 liter / 2pulses)

Working Conditions

Water temperature: ≤50ºC for cold water meter

Water pressure: ≤1MPa or 1.6MPa optional (10bar or 16bar optional)

Installation requirements

* The meter can be installed in any position.

* Pipeline must be flushed before installation.

* The meter should be constantly full of water during operation.

* The meter must be installed with the direction of the flow as indicated by the arrow cast in the meter body.

Maximum Permissible Error

In the lower zone from Qmin(Q1) inclusive up to but excluding Qt (Q2) is ±5%.

In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax(Q4) is ±2%(cold water meter).

In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax (Q4) is ±3% (hot water meter). Brass Volumetric Rotary Piston Water Meter Class C

Accessories Each water meter has one set couplings optional: 2pcs tube, 2pcs nut and 2pcs gasket.
