Bulk Water Meter
LXLC-K is a removable element woltman cold water meter with high accuracy for industrial and irrigation application measuring high flows of cold potable water passing through the pipelines in sizes of 50mm to 500mm.
Features
* Magnetic drive, lower transmission resistance.
* Magnetic shield, for external magnetic field protection.
* The measuring mechanism can be removable from the body for checking, maintaining and replacing, and the body needn't be dismantled from the pipeline.
* Low pressure loss. Long working life.
* Can be equipped with reed switch.

Technical data conforms to ISO 4064 Class B/Class C, R80, R100, R160
Working Conditions
Water temperature: ≤50ºC for cold water meter
Water temperature: ≤90ºC for hot water meter
Water pressure: ≤1MPa or 1.6MPa or 4.0 MPa optional (10bar or 16bar r 40 bar optional)
Installation requirements
*The meter can be installed in horizontal, vertical or inclined position, with the direction of the flow as indicated by the arrow cast in the meter body with the register face upwards.
*The meter must have 10 diameters straight pipe ahead of the meter and 5 diameters straight pipe after to insure proper flow through the meter.
*Pipeline must be flushed before installation.
*The meter should be constantly full of water during operation.
Maximum Permissible Error
In the lower zone from Qmin(Q1) inclusive up to but excluding Qt (Q2) is ±5%.
In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax(Q4) is ±2%(cold water meter).
In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax (Q4) is ±3% (hot water meter).

A: 5 Years warranty. If there is any quality problem on our Bulk Water Meter, we would take the full responsibility.

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack Bulk Water Meter in strong carton, wooden pallet or wooden case. And we also can put your brand or LOGO on packaging after getting your authorization letters.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or 70% against copy of bill of lading. We'll show you the photos of your Bulk Water Meter and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take about 10-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order on Bulk Water Meter.
