Valve Control Lora Wireless Remote Reading Water Meters Dry Type


LXSGY-15WLF to LXSGY-50WLF (15mm to 50mm) is a kind of smart meter with remote reading and valve control function, convenient for the intelligent management of the water supply company, with split design (the electronic parts are sealed separately and the water proof grade can be IP 68), with the multi jet dry type meter as the base meter.


Features:

  1. The mechanical part of Lora meter is multi jet wet type or dry type, with the high accuracy, low starting flow rate, easy reading, long lifetime, etc.

  2. Meeting EMC/ESD/EMI, the design requirements of electromagnetic compatibility for the electronic products, reaching the industrial leading level.

  3. The wireless module is separated with the mechanical part, for easy maintainance.

  4. The electronic parts are separately sealed, and the water proof grade can be IP 68.

  5. No wiring, and easy installation.

  6. With valve control function.

  7. Remote Valve Control: it can remote control the valve if arrears.

  8. Shutting-off Valve when attacked: when the meter is attacked by magnet or electricity, it will close the valve and alarm automatically.

  9. Trigger/Button uploading: normally, the valve control NB meter is in super low power consumption status. After triggered or pressed the button, the current data and working status could be uploaded by the module.

  10. Shutting valve when of low battery: when the battery voltage is less than one certain number, the module can shut off the valve automatically, and upload the data.

  11. Shutting valve when out of power: when the meter is out of power, the valve would be shut off and upload the data with the help of the Farad capacitor.

  12. Detecting valve's breakdown: it will automatically judge whether the limit switch is working normally, and even if it is not working, the valve can shut on or off as normal. If the valve is wrong, the meter will alarm.

  13. No wiring, and easy installation.

Standard Compliance

Technical data conforms to ISO 4064 Class B, Class C, R80, R100, R125 or R160 standard for horizontal installation.


Working Condition:

  1. Water temperature:≤50ºC for cold water meter; ≤90ºC for hot water meter

  2. Humility: 0~95%RH

  3. Working Pressure: ≤1.0 Mpa.

  4. Pressure Loss: ≤0.063Mpa.

  5. Environment Class: B (installed inside).

Installation requirements

*The meter should be installed in horizontal position with the direction of the flow as indicated by the arrow cast in the meter body with the register face upwards.

*Pipeline must be flushed before installation.

*The meter should be constantly full of water during operation.


Maximum Permissible Error

In the lower zone from Qmin(Q1) inclusive up to but excluding Qt (Q2) is ±5%.

In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax(Q4) is ±2%(cold water meter).
