LXZ2 is a horizontal type remote control smart water meter, measuring the cold potable water for residential application in sizes 15mm-40mm for cold water. It's the most accurate water meter in a long-term run.


Features

* Adopting M-BUS or RS485 communication mode.

* Electronic parts are separately sealed, and the water proof can be IP68.

* Highest accuracy, lowest error, low starting flow rate.

* Multi jet dry type water meter.

* Magnetic drive, lower transmission resistance, frog-resistant. * Magnetic shield, for external magnetic field protection

* Low power consumption.

* Being stable and reliable by the "position identification" characteristics of photoelectric and microelectronic technology.

* Automatic reading and management.

* Each meter has an unique location number, easy wire construction.


Standard Compliance

Technical data conforms to ISO 4064 Class B, Class C, R80, R100, R125 or R160 standard for horizontal installation.

* Meter body: Brass and iron for selecting.

* Communication interface mode: RS485 interface or MBUS interface (optional)

* Communication transmission rate: 1200bps, 2400bps, 4800bps or 9600bps (optional)

*Communication specification: CJ/T188-2004 agreement, DL/T645-2007 or MODBUS Agreement (optional), or a special agreement to be made to order


.Working Conditions

*Power Supply: DC 9-24V (RS485 interface) and DC24-42V(MBUS interface);

* Humidity: 0~95% RH *The distance between data collector and meter: ≤300m;

* Power consumption: ≤1uA (Static Working Current); ≤12uA (instant current during remote reading)

* Water temperature: ≤50ºC for cold water meter

* Water temperature: ≤90ºC for hot water meter

* Water pressure: ≤1MPa or 1.6MPa optional (10bar or 16bar optional) 


Installation requirements

*The meter should be installed in vertical position with the direction of the flow as indicated by the arrow cast in the meter body with the register face upwards. *Pipeline must be flushed before installation. *The meter should be constantly full of water during operation.


Maximum Permissible Error

In the lower zone from Qmin(Q1) inclusive up to but excluding Qt (Q2) is ±5%. In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax(Q4) is ±2%(cold water meter).

In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax (Q4) is ±3% (hot water meter). 

Accessories

Each water meter has one set couplings optional: 2pcs tube, 2pcs nut and 2pcs gasket.
