The form of use and maintenance of the water meter is basically a regular inspection. Regularly check the general content as:
(1) Whether there is leakage in the joints of the water meter, and if there is leakage, it should be treated immediately.
(2) Whether the water meter is running normally, and the sensitivity limit pointer is rotated.
(3) Whether the glass of the meter should be cleaned and wiped so that it does not interfere with normal readings.
(4) A large-diameter water meter for measuring raw water and a water meter containing a large amount of suspended matter and impurities in the water, and a thorough drainage and cleaning of the packed water filter and the filter installed at the front end of the water inlet.
(5) All valves (including drain valves) in the water meter room should be opened and closed to ensure that their functions are normal.
(6) Check the cold-proof and waterproof measures for the water meter installed outdoors.
(7) The intelligent remote water meter or prepaid water meter should be combined with the abnormal water data provided by its management system to check whether the water meter is damaged or repaired due to the water meter.
(8) Check whether the water meter is abnormal according to the situation reflected by the user, and determine whether the water meter needs to be checked for measurement performance or whether repair is needed.
