If the water meter rotates continuously and steadily, residents should pay attention to whether there is a toilet or faucet leaking at home. Now the technical level of water meters is getting better and better, and the measurement sensitivity has been able to be high, even slight leaks can be sensed. To distinguish between vacuum rotation and pseudo-idle rotation, it depends on whether the water meter rotates stably. Vacuum rotation is generally stop and go, fast and slow, pseudo-idle is generally continuous and stable rotation. The responsibility for vacuum transfer is with the Water Division, and the responsibility for pseudo-idling is with the residents.
