The structure of the rotary wing water meter is divided into two types: wet and dry. The counter of the water meter has the following types:-is the pointer type, the second is the word wheel type; the third is the combined type.
The metering mechanism is mainly composed of an impeller box, an impeller, an impeller shaft, and an adjustment plate. The indicating mechanism is mainly composed of dial, pointer, triangle pointer or word wheel, transmission gear and so on.
The working principle of the rotary-wing water meter is: water enters the case from the water inlet of the water meter, enters the impeller box from the water inlet of the impeller box through the water filter, and impacts the impeller. It flows into the pipe through the water outlet of the watch case, and the lower part of the impeller is supported by a thimble. After the impeller rotates, the upper central gear is also rotated through the impeller central shaft, driving the transmission gear in the impeller box to rotate according to the above ratio, and driving the pointer on the dial. After the triangle pointer starts to rotate, it drives the other gears and the upper pointer in a decimal transmission mode, and starts to rotate in a clockwise direction from 0 according to the index value on the dial to start measuring.
